EVALUATION


The evaluation was divided into the following sections:

(a) The initial evaluation was held via a webinar discussion with representatives from the organizations and a webinar with the participants. In this evaluation, the entire timetable of the programme was analyzed and evaluated as an idea. As a result, when we received a positive assessment, we collectively decided to maintain the timetable as it was scheduled, ensuring the acceptance and unanimity of participants and their organizations on all activities and actions.

(b) The next evaluation (Middle evaluation) was conducted by the participants during the first days of the PDA in Portugal. This evaluation took place during a discussion on the third day of the PDA, during which we heard what changes participants suggested to improve their stay in the hotel and working space. The questions raised during this middle evaluation of the training concerned what they liked and disliked, what they expected as educational outcomes, what they thought about the whole organization up to that point, and whether there was anything that bothered them, in order to implement any necessary changes and adaptations.

(c) Another evaluation of participants took place on the final day of the activities through an online questionnaire with multiple-choice and open-ended questions about each activity and the whole project up to that point. The evaluation report was used to facilitate discussion among all trainers and organizers of the training in order to improve performance in future comparable training sessions. Additionally.

Moreover, participants had the opportunity to self-evaluate the project's results through the Youthpass framework, according to what they believed they had gained subjectively. This evaluation took place one month after the completion of the workshops. By then, the participants had distanced themselves from the educational process and thus had a more objective perspective of their educational outcomes. The questions were related to the attainment of learning objectives, the acquisition of skills, and personal growth that occurred during the programme. Our organization received numerous opinions as a result of the aforementioned evaluations, and we worked to enhance our future applications, be more proactive and prudent in multiple areas, and overcome our current weaknesses.
