Description of the Project

The IGNITE project was an international PDA developed under the Erasmus program, intended to strengthen the skills and knowledge of youth workers in the field of creativity and innovation.

During the course, participants had the opportunity to explore the concept of creativity and innovation, understanding its relevance in working with young people and its implications for personal and social development. Theories and models of creativity were discussed, as well as case studies that demonstrated their practical application in different contexts.

Participants were engaged in interactive and hands-on activities aimed at developing creative skills and learning techniques to stimulate innovation. Approaches such as divergent thinking, design thinking, gamification, and storytelling, among others, which could be applied in projects and activities with young people, were explored.

Additionally, the course provided a collaborative learning environment, bringing together youth workers from various countries. Moments of sharing experiences, discussions, and joint reflections were promoted, allowing participants to expand their network of contacts and enhance their professional practice through knowledge exchange.

By the end of the course, youth workers were better prepared to apply creative and innovative approaches in their daily work. They were able to engage young people more effectively, stimulate their active participation, encourage critical thinking, and promote the development of innovative solutions to social and personal challenges.
